Mrs Barbara Rogers

Barbara Rogers was a much loved wife to Malcolm and cherished mother to her daughter, Helen.
Barbara was a beautiful, kind, warm and loving person with a great sense of humour. She worked for most of her life as company secretary for the family business. She was also a wonderful mother who instilled in her daughter a life-long love of reading, history and the arts. An incredibly talented woman, Barbara excelled at drawing and needlework. She was also an amazing cook and her fantastic baking will be remembered by many. She adored animals too and the family’s three successive Airedales, Amber, Teddy and Ginger Rogers, were much treasured family members. Barbara endured a long battle with cancer, but remained gracious until the end.

May she rest in peace, reunited with those who have gone before her.
