Miss Ruth Seager

Ruth was a wonderful, kind and compassionate person with a beautiful soul, who gave more than she received.

She always ensured her family, friends and colleagues were supported and cared for, and her presence was always felt when she was around.

Ruth’s love for James was profound but she didn’t just find a partner she found a family.

She loved his children as if they were her own and was a positive role model as they grew into the amazing adults they are today.

Ruth’s love, warmth and friendship will be greatly missed but her imagination and creativity will ensure that many people who knew her will have a keepsake as well as happy memories to treasure.

I have many warm and funny memories of our time working together at Waltham Abbey, from us wrapping my children's birthday presents between calls (Ruth always did it properly!) To encountering well known famous people in compromising situations! Celebrating the life of a great colleague and friend. My deepest condolences to Ruth's family and close friends.
