Mrs Valerie Evelyn Clampin

Valerie Evelyn Clampin, known to most of us as Val, born 27 April 1937, sadly passed away peacefully on Sunday 24 November 2024 at the Cedars Care Home in Halstead.

Beloved wife of Ron and much-loved mother of Stephen and Sharon, she lived a life filled with love and happiness.

She always enjoyed the company of the many friends that she and Ron made during their 64 years of marriage living in Gosfield, during her years as a primary school teacher, and many more made on the holidays and coach trips they both enjoyed.

Throughout her life, Val adored animals and was a great supporter of the Danaher RSPCA Centre in Wethersfield. As well as monthly trips to take food parcels for the animals, she sold chutneys and jams at village events to raise money for them. We know she would appreciate all your kind donations being made in her name to help keep the animals safe and cared for before moving on to their forever homes.

Total collected to date: £233.87
