Dr David Gerald Hessayon OBE

Dr David G Hessayon was born on February 13th, 1928. After a long, healthy and fulfilling life, David passed away peacefully on January 16th, 2025.

 Author of the highly successful Expert series of gardening books, his straightforward style brought him many loyal readers. In later life the beautiful gardens at his home brought him great pleasure.
