It is with a heavy heart that I remember my dear friend and colleague, Ray. He joined Christopher’s Opticians in 1996 and remained a dedicated professional until his retirement. His precision, professionalism, and wealth of experience—gained as a fellow business owner—were invaluable to all who had the privilege of working with him. Beyond work, Ray and I formed a lasting friendship. He often visited me in Stevenage for lunch, and I will always cherish our last meeting, just the Friday before his passing. His love for his family was evident in everything he did, and his passion for sports, especially tennis and table tennis, brought him great joy. Ray was not just a colleague but a true friend, and I will deeply miss him.
Mr Christopher Saliba
Rest in peace Ray. So many happy memories of our lovely holidays together when the children were much younger. God Bless you Ray. Xx
