Live Well With Copd
Live Well with COPD was formed as a Charity in July 2016 to provide support and guidance to those in the Gosport and Fareham areas of Hampshire with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD)
LWCOPD is a Registered Charity – Charity Commission Number 1175611
The organisation provides support for those who suffer from Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) and other lung associated problems. The organisation also provides Pulmonary Wellbeing exercise classes at the Gosport Leisure Centre.
These exercise classes are light exercises designed to improve breathing techniques, muscle mass, and improved levels of energy, to enable participants to do more in their day to day lives.
The exercise classes are led by qualified instructors from the Gosport Leisure Centre.
The organisation also provides social activities away from the Gosport Leisure Centre. This allows members to meet socially with their partners.
