Michael was an excellent Chair of Governors at Summercroft school and did a vast amount to support the school, the staff and the pupils. Michael was meticulous in his detail, always fair, kind and considerate of others and it was a pleasure to work with him on the Governing Board. Remembering Michael with great fondness as chair of governors for Summercroft Primary School. He gave unstintingly of his time and was the perfect balance of critical friend and cheerleader. During Covid19 Michael provided much needed reassurance and encouragement whilst navigating uncertainty. Michael’s attention to detail was much appreciated as this was not my strength!
