Mrs Sheila Allen

I worked with Paul at Castle/Watsons for a number of years.Always smiling and friendly with a cheery “Alright girl” when he came into the office I know he will be greatly missed by all that knew him especially by his family who were his world. RIP Paul. My deepest of sympathies to Sally, Hannah and William at this very sad time xx

Mrs Kim Millward-Harris

Firstly, my sincere condolences to Paul’s wife Sally and to his children Hannah and William. Paul always had a personality that was loved by us all at Castles Liquid fuels. Paul and my daughter Millie always had a cheeky banter which earned her the name Titch. Paul was one of those characters that was loved by so many. I’m so saddened that Paul’s life was cut short, far too young. Rest in Peace Paul.

Miss Sue Beeson

Paul was the hardest working person I have ever met. When planning his routes we used to have many a heated discussion on the quality of them and he’d regularly moan about them. However he would always pick up the phone later or the following day and say “sorry Craig you know what I’m like”. He’d always go the extra mile and would help anyone. Paul you will be missed. Craig & Family

Mr Craig Rollingson

Sorry for your loss,Thinking of you lots From Archie x

Dad, to say we miss you unbearably is an understatement. I can’t tell you how badly I want to hear you reversing on the drive then opening the door as your key fumbles in the lock as you come home from work- to give you a hug and ask how your day was (or for you to moan about how I left half the kitchen in the sink for you to wash up!). You would have done anything for us, me and William have never gone without anything, thank you for the happiest, most loving childhood. You were the best Dad you could’ve been to us and my heart breaks that you won’t be here for so many things, but most of all your retirement with Mum that you were so looking forward to. The house feels too quiet without your moaning and snoring, and I even miss us arguing over nothing. No one will ever compare to you, and I pray you are up there with that handsome smile, laughing with me sometimes, and looking over us always. Thank you for the 18 years I had with you; I like to think your good looks, wonderful sense of humour and admirable sense of direction will live on through us! Even that would only be a small consolation to the huge void that you’ve left. I love you so much Dad. I can’t wait to see you soon and tell you about all my adventures that I’ll have for the both of us. Your Hannah-Lou always xxxxxxxxx

Miss Hannah Birch

Sally, Hannah and Will we are thinking of you constantly and words cannot express our sadness. We have only known your lovely family for a short time but your warmth, kindness and friendship have meant the world to us. God bless you and may God take Paul into his arms. Love from Lisa, Andrew and Charlie xxx

Mrs Lisa Mullenger

We are thinking about you Hannah, Will & Sally. Words cannot express the heartache we feel for you all. Although, I have never met Paul myself, he must have been brilliant just by knowing my dearest friend Hannah. We reflect the best parts of our parents thanks to the loving way they raised us. Take the comfort in your memories as you grieve. All our love Mina, Lijana and Dale x

Miss Irmina Eicaite

Paul you will be a gap that can't ever be filled. A one off, a true gent and you will be missed by all our customers and especially by me. Our customers were always overwhelmed by your amazing work ethic, your cheery attitude and your ability to go the extra mile to help anyone out, especially me. I will truly miss you, gone far too soon. Sending all my love to your family at this very difficult time.

Dear Sally, Hannah and William, you have not been out of our thoughts these past few weeks. Paul was a true gentleman taken far too soon from you. I will always remember him with a huge grin on his face and he never failed to make me smile. Take comfort from the fact that he loved you all very much and was incredibly proud of his family. He will always be in your hearts and watching over you in all you do. Rest in peace Paul, much love from Paul, Alison, Toby, Lloyd, Lucy and Oscar xxx

You will be missed by our family, you was such a lovely person, we will miss our evening catch ups and Chinese together. There are no words to describe the loss of you in the lives of your family and friends. We will always remember our time in Vegas, and very sad that we will not be able to continue our holidays together that we had planned. You were taken from everyone’s lives far too early and we hope that wherever you are the angels are watching over you. Jenny James Brandon and Chantelle xx

Mr Riley White

We will always remember Paul with much fondness and memories of the happy times we spent with our families at our beach hut and at the Greensward Cafe in Clacton, and will always appreciate Paul not waking us up as he went past our flat at 4.30 in the morning when he was delivering oil to the works for the sea defences. We always remembered not to phone in the evening as they went to bed early in preparation for the early rising for Paul's job. With lots of love from Andrew, Linda and all our family xxxxxx

A donation in memory of my big brother Paul, brother-in-law to Anne and uncle to Tom and Luke. When growing up, my big brother Paul was always up and away before the rest of were even thinking about waking up. In typical fashion he has again decided to do the same thing, leave early and bag the best spot upstairs. Rest in peace brother until we meet again. Thank you for the fond memories big brother and well meet again. All our love, Chris, Anne, Tom, Izzy, Luke and Nate.
